Maksed – This month’s Art Exhibition is a collaboration of talented potters who have come together to share their work.

Joyce Fisher has been potting for 20 years and is a teacher and talented potter herself.

David Belsham has been at it for 4 years and exhibited at others exhibitions.

Cheryl Sherrif has been tutored by Joyce & David and enjoys her new found art medium.

Lea Herbert has grown up with crafts but returned to pottery in her retirement years.

This exhibition is in the Artspace at Te Ahu for the duration of September. Come and have a look at what these artists have to offer.

All work displayed is for sale.

“SURVIVOR WWI” INTERACTIVE EXHIBIT

March 21st, 2016 – February 28th, 2017 Open Monday to Friday Museum Starts: 9am Finishes: 4pm Entry: Locals – Gold coin koha, Adults $7, Children $3 Engaging and sobering activities for all ages. Groups are divided by casualty rate and given battlefronts: Gallipoli, Sinai & Palestine or The Western Front.
