Netherlands’ pianist Bart Klijnsmit’s flowing musicality is captivating, and appeals widely to music lovers in the Netherlands, Germany and New Zealand. His talent, love of music and easy-going personality comes across beautifully when he performs, resulting in an engaging and delightful musical experience for his audience.

Bart is multi-talented and directs choirs, plays the organ, accompanies solo vocalists and choirs, and teaches.
He studied at the music conservatories of Utrecht, Zwolle, and the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, and in Bremen (Germany) with Prof Baumgratz on a scholarship from the European Union (Organ and Improvisation).
Bart owns and plays a variety of historical keyboard instruments in his European concerts.
